The committee of Northam Ballooning Events are happy to announce for 2025 we will be hosting a light balloon fiesta (with some fun competitive elements).

Timing for the event has been planned to coincide with a long weekend in Western Australia and with a local ‘Elevate Festival‘ produced by the Shire of Northam.

CALENDAR:

Friday 30th May:      7.00am Fiesta flights launch*
Saturday 31st May:  7.00am  Fiesta flights launch*
Sunday 1st June:     7.00am  Fiesta flights launch*
                                    5.00pm. Shire of Northam  ‘Elevate Festival‘
Monday 2nd June: 7.00am  Fiesta flights launch*

*Fiesta flights are weather permitting, and flights will last for approximately one hour, before pilots seek to find a landing spot. Please see our FAQ page and our BALLOON WATCHING page regarding launch sites, following the balloons, etc.
